War-X Trilogy weekend starts on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 at 8:00am with our epic one-of-a-kind 12k and 3k obstacle course race comprised of 50+ unique obstacles, challenging terrain, and two 350ft water slides. After conquering the course, take on the Battle Challenge, a military-style assault mission where you will even be able to fire live weapons. Say whaaaaat! What better way to celebrate your battle scars than with an epic night filled with live entertainment, drinks, fireworks and old fashion country fun with the War-X and OEW staff. Finally cap off the weekend with a 3k OCR speed course with your favorite obstacles on Sunday morning, June 28th at 9am. Take on any event by itself, or conquer all three to earn the new exclusive and epic War-X Trilogy Medal! Then brag to your friends on #medalmonday
War-X Trilogy is hosting the
2026 USAOCR National Championships!
The 12K OCR Competitive and 3K OCR Competitive Individual heats will be qualifiers for the 2027 USAOCR National Team. The heats will include Elite, Age Group, and Para-Adaptive. Athletes who earn 1st Place in each respective category and event will receive an Auto-Qualifer to the 2027 USAOCR National Team.

Is War-X an OCRWC qualifier?
As of 2022, War-X obstacle course races are officially a qualifying race for OCR World Championships.
Does War-X use chip timing?
Yes, we will track your every move.
What should I wear for a War-X event?
Preferably clothes. You will be constantly exposed to outdoor elements, rough terrain, forests, wet, muddy, and dry conditions. Your attire should be based on comfort, and mobility.
How should I prepare physically?
War-X events can be physically demanding but you certainly don’t need to be an elite athlete or in the best shape of your life. Determination and mental fortitude is just as, if not more important. #eyeofthetiger
Is this event similar to the mud runs and obstacle course races like Tough Mudder and Spartan?
Yes in the sense that there is running, obstacles and mud to contend with. War-X is very unique in that every race has a specific mission that dictates your interaction with the course and the fact that you are running the race through explosions and gunfire.
Are you only allowed one attempt per obstacle?
You can attempt an obstacle as many times as needed in an attempt to complete it unless otherwise noted on race day.
Do you need 100% obstacle completion in order to qualify for an award?
You only must have 100% obstacle completion in order to be eligible to qualify for any top finisher or age group awards. Otherwise, your incompetence is irrelevant to us.
Can I quit if it’s too much or I just can’t make it through?
Anyone can quit at anything in life. Just know you will certainly be judged and labeled. If you can live with that, we can too.

Bring your tents! We offer on-site primitive camping Friday and Saturday night for $25 a night (pre-paid only). RVs accessible (no hookups).

The Warrior's Gauntlet is the ultimate challenge of endurance! Add two additional laps to your race of the first 3 miles of the 10k course. A total of 12-14 miles of the most challenging obstacles at War-X.
